Welcome to Crossing Softly

Grief support, embodied care, and sacred space for life's thresholds.

Silhouette of a person with long hair, standing on a beach at sunset, holding their head with both hands, with the sun shining through their head.
Close-up of two hands with intricate henna designs, one in the foreground and the other blurred in the background.
Two hands reaching towards each other, one with fingers extended downward and the other with fingers extended upward, in a gesture resembling an attempt to connect or touch.

Grief doesn’t have a timeline.

And you don’t have to carry it alone.

Something brought you here. Maybe it's a loss you can't name yet. Maybe it's grief that's been waiting longer than you'd like to admit. Maybe you're moving through a threshold, and you need somewhere soft to land.

This is that place.

Who This Is For…

You might be carrying:

  • The death of someone you loved

  • The end of a relationship, a chapter, a version of yourself

  • Grief that was never given space or permission

  • A life transition that feels bigger than words

  • A body that holds more than it knows how to release

You don't need to have it figured out to begin.

How We Work Together…

Sessions are slow, relational, and led by you. We might talk, breathe, move, or walk side by side through a park. There is no script and no rush. Just presence, care, and a commitment to meeting you exactly where you are.
